How does Coloromi work?

Coloromi works on multiple levels: First, you can generate custom coloring pages using our AI technology or browse our extensive free collection. Once you've colored your pages, you can upload them to your personal Vault to build your digital portfolio. Then, share your best work on the Coloring Wall where the community can appreciate, upvote, and comment on your creations. It's a complete ecosystem for coloring enthusiasts!

What types of images work best with Coloromi?

Coloromi works well with a wide variety of images, but photos with clear subjects, good lighting, and distinct features tend to produce the best results. Images with high contrast, clear outlines, and not too many small details typically work very well. Photos of people, animals, landscapes, and objects all can make great coloring pages.

Is Coloromi free to use?

Yes! Coloromi is free to use with generous limits: We have a large collection of completely free coloring pages, plus you get 1 free credit for AI generation when you sign up. All community features including the Vault, Coloring Wall, following artists, and creating collections are completely free! Free users can upload 2 finished coloring pages per day to their Vault. For unlimited uploads and an ad-free experience, we offer a premium subscription at just $4/month.

What is the Coloring Wall?

The Coloring Wall is our community showcase where members share their finished coloring pages for everyone to see and appreciate. It's like a social media feed specifically for coloring enthusiasts! You can browse amazing artwork, discover new techniques, upvote your favorites, leave encouraging comments, and follow artists whose work inspires you.

How do I share my finished coloring pages?

Sharing your artwork is easy! First, upload your finished coloring pages to your Vault (free users get 2 uploads per day, subscribers get unlimited). Then, you can choose to share them publicly on the Coloring Wall by adding a title, description, details about time taken, and the mediums you used. Your artwork will be reviewed by our moderation team and then appear on the community wall for everyone to enjoy!

What social features does Coloromi have?

Coloromi has a rich set of social features designed for the coloring community:

These achievements appear on your profile and artwork, helping you build recognition in the community. The more achievements you earn, the higher your community rank becomes!

Can I create collections of my artwork?

Yes! All users can create beautiful collections to organize their artwork by theme, style, or any way they like. Collections can be kept private for personal organization or shared publicly for the community to enjoy. Public collections can receive upvotes and favorites from other members, and may even be featured in our community showcases!

How does content moderation work?

We maintain a safe, positive community through both automated and manual moderation. All uploads are automatically scanned for inappropriate content, and public shares are reviewed by our team before appearing on the Coloring Wall. We also have a community reporting system where members can flag inappropriate content. Our goal is to keep Coloromi a welcoming space for all ages while celebrating amazing artwork!

What is the Vault and what are the benefits of subscribing?

The Vault is your personal digital portfolio where you can upload, store, and organize all your finished coloring pages. Everyone gets free access to the Vault with 2 uploads per day! The $4/month subscription unlocks unlimited uploads, unlimited downloads, priority processing, and an ad-free experience. All community features like sharing, following, collections, and achievements are available to everyone for free!

What happens if my subscription expires?

If your subscription expires, you'll continue to have full access to all vault and community features! You can still upload 2 finished coloring pages per day, share to the community, create collections, and use all social features. You'll simply return to the free tier limits and may see ads. Your existing public content remains visible on the Coloring Wall and all your vault content stays accessible.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! We offer a free trial period for new users to experience all the Vault features at no charge. During the trial, you have full access to upload artwork, share to the community, and use all social features. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel. Each user can only use the free trial once.

How do I create an account?

Click the "Sign Up" button on the top right of our homepage. Fill out the registration form with your email address and create a password. After registering, you'll receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to verify your account, and you're all set to join our coloring community!

What are credits and how do they work?

Credits are Coloromi's virtual currency for generating custom coloring pages with our AI. Each credit allows you to create one coloring page. New users receive 1 free credit upon registration. Additional credits can be purchased in bundles through our secure payment system.

How much do credits cost?

We offer credit packages at different price points to suit your needs:

• Sign up for FREE to get 1 credit
• 8 credits for $5 (approximately $0.625 per coloring page)
• 20 credits for $10 (approximately $0.50 per coloring page)
• 50 credits for $20 (approximately $0.40 per coloring page - our best value)

Do credits expire?

No, your credits never expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account until you use them, no matter how long that takes.

Can I get a refund for unused credits?

Our credit purchases are generally non-refundable. However, if you're experiencing technical issues that prevent you from using your credits, please contact our support team at [email protected], and we'll do our best to resolve the situation.

How do I create a coloring page?

Creating a coloring page is simple:

1. Log in to your Coloromi account
2. Click the "Create New" button on your dashboard
3. Upload an image from your device (supported formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP)
4. Select your style options and modifiers for your coloring page
5. Click "Generate Coloring Page"
6. Wait a few moments while our AI processes your image
7. Preview your new coloring page and download it!

What image file types can I upload?

For AI generation: JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WEBP with a maximum file size of 20MB. For Vault uploads: JPEG, PNG, and WEBP with a maximum file size of 10MB.

How long does it take to generate a coloring page?

Most coloring pages are generated within 30-60 seconds, depending on the complexity of the image and current server load. During peak times, it might take slightly longer.

What style options are available for coloring pages?

Coloromi offers multiple style options for your coloring pages:

• Classic: Traditional line art with clean, defined outlines
• Detailed: Includes more intricate details from the original image
• Simplified: Reduces complex elements for easier coloring, perfect for children
• Artistic: Stylized version with a hand-drawn quality
• Bold & Easy: Bold lines and simple to color, great for beginners

What is the AI Gallery?

The AI Gallery is a public showcase of coloring pages created by Coloromi users who have chosen to share their creations. You can browse the AI gallery for inspiration or to discover new coloring page ideas. Each coloring page in the AI gallery has its own unique page with details and download options.

How do I share my coloring pages?

When creating a coloring page, you can choose to make it public or private. Public pages will appear in the Gallery and can be accessed via a unique URL. You can also share your coloring pages directly to social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and more using the share buttons on your coloring page. Hidden coloring pages will not show up in the AI Gallery, and direct links will not work for anyone. Only you can view hidden coloring pages.

Can I color the pages online?

At the moment, no. But we will be adding this feature soon!

How do I download my coloring pages?

To download a coloring page:

1. Go to your Dashboard and open the specific coloring page
2. Click the "Download" button
3. The file will download as an optimized PDF file
4. Right clicking to save the image is disabled, so please use the download button

What's the best way to print coloring pages?

For the best printing results:

• Download the coloring page in PDF format for the highest quality
• Use white, letter-sized (8.5" x 11") or A4 paper
• Set your printer to "high quality" or "best" print settings
• If available, use the "fit to page" option in your print dialog
• For the best coloring experience, use paper that's at least 80 gsm (standard copy paper weight) or heavier

Which browsers and devices are supported?

Coloromi works best on recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. It's fully responsive and works on computers, tablets, and smartphones. For the best experience, especially when using community features and the vault, we recommend using a device with a larger screen.

Why was my image rejected?

For safety and community standards, we automatically scan uploaded images. Your image might be rejected if our system detects:

• Inappropriate content (nudity, violence, etc.)
• Copyright protected images
• Very low-quality or extremely small images
• Images that are already line drawings or coloring pages

If you believe your image was rejected in error, you can try uploading a different version or contact our support team.

How is my payment information handled?

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Coloromi does not store your full credit card information on our servers. For more information on how Stripe handles your payment data, please refer to Stripe's privacy policy.

What happens to the images I upload?

Images you upload for AI generation are stored securely and used only to generate coloring pages. Your original uploaded images are deleted after generation. For Vault uploads, your finished coloring pages are stored securely and remain private unless you choose to share them publicly. If you share content publicly, the finished artwork (not your original photo) will be visible in the community.

Is it safe to upload photos of people?

We take privacy seriously. While it's generally safe to upload photos, please consider these guidelines:

• Only upload photos of people if you have their permission
• Be cautious about uploading photos of children unless they are your own
• Set the privacy of sensitive photos to "Private" to prevent them from appearing in the public galleries
• Remember that when you share to the Coloring Wall, you're sharing the finished colored artwork, not the original photo

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to your Dashboard
3. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
4. Select "Account Settings"
5. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
6. Confirm your decision

Please note that account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data, including vault content, community contributions, and any remaining credits. If you make a new account using the same email address, it will be treated as a new account and you will not have access to your previous data.
